M&A Information Portals

An M&A target site (as with the bidder's site) is created specifically by REACH to provide an information and communications platform for the target during the transaction process.

This site will become the central location and an open forum for all information regarding the merger. It ensures the target company's shareholders, employees, customers, public, analysts and the media are fully informed at every step. A separate portal also cuts down on paper-based information handling.

Typically, the portal needs to be a separate 'island' site, not incorporated in the company's corporate website. The dual purpose of this island site is to allay any ASIC concerns that information regarding the transaction could be confused with the day-to-day information on the corporate website, but also creates separation, showing the transaction is not affecting the ongoing running of company operations - it is business as usual.

Our processes and procedures are designed to reduce the demands on the parties involved, so that you can concentrate on the deal itself. This includes the REACH team liaising directly with the advisors and lawyers on your behalf, rigid sign-off and security processes and tight project management.

REACH's extensive experience with transaction-based websites ensures the highest levels of service and responsiveness, with access to the project manager and developers, but also attention to detail in anticipating potential issues.
